A Gift of Faith Return Policies

We want you to be happy, happy, happy. So, please read our policies carefully. We are always fair, but we are a small business and we really need to adhere to these policies. If you have any questions or special circumstances, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to try to accommodate you and your needs.

 

Please note that we have two different return policies – one for our online store and one for our brick and mortar store. We know that our in store experience is much different than our online experience. While we do our best to provide the best possible photos of our merchandise, we are aware that nothing can replace having the opportunity to see the merchandise in person. In order to give our online customers an experience similar to our in store shoppers, we allow refunds on our online purchases only. We are confident of the products we sell, and we want you to feel comfortable and confident as well.

 

Online Return Policy - Requests for returns of items purchased online must be received by us, via email or phone, within 5 DAYS of you receiving your order. We will not issue a Return Authorization for returns or exchanges on these items after this 5 day period. When you call or email, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number which you will place on the return package. We must then receive all returned merchandise within 10 DAYS of you receiving the goods, or the merchandise will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued. We will issue a full credit to your PayPal account upon receipt of goods.

 

Items must be unused and unaltered, with all tags and labels in their original positions. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. All returned goods must be shipped back to us in an appropriate size box with appropriate packaging materials. Shipping charges or rush charges will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that merchandise be returned using UPS, Fed Ex or USPS with proof of delivery and tracking.

 

When an item is a gift, we will provide a gift receipt and return and exchange instructions to your gift recipient when we ship their beautifully wrapped gift. In the event the recipient of your gift is unhappy, we will be sure to pay special attention and help them through the return and exchange process. We will not issue a refund directly to a gift recipient. All refunds will be issued to the same PayPal account that was used for the purchase. A store credit or exchange will be offered.

 

In Store Return Policy - Please note that our online store return policy differs from that of our retail store. In our retail store there are NO refunds offered, only store credit or exchange.  A receipt (original or gift receipt) is required for all in store returns. If you return an item purchased on the website directly to our store, you will receive a store credit or exchange.

 

All in store purchases may be returned (except for the items listed below*) for store credit or exchange within 14 DAYS of purchase.

 

*Christening Outfits, Gowns & Accessories; First Holy Communion Apparel & Accessories; and, all Jewelry & Rosaries must be returned within 7 DAYS of purchase in order to receive store credit or exchange.
